Introduction
TRILOS ND100 is the lab model homogenizer. It is suitable for laboratorians to finish samples and make lab-scale production. Its flow rate reaches maximum 5L/h when the pressure keeps at 3000bar. The inlet is a half-opened container and the outlet is connected with rubber tube. Both of them are in the front of the homogenizer for users to easily feed and collect.

The maximum working pressure of the TRILOS Nano Homogenizer Series achieves 4000bar. The Nano Homogenizers are capable of reducing the particle size down to sub-micron level and nano level, ensuring uniform particle distribution and particle stability.
Microfluidics:X/Y/Z-type Diamond Interaction Chamber
The interaction chamber is made of 316L stainless steel outside and made of synthetic diamond inside, which has high pressure resistance and wear resistance. As the material passes through the interaction chamber, it is exposed to intense shear, turbulence, cavitation, and impact forces generated by ultra-high pressure and the fixed geometry. The fixed geometry is X/Y/Z-type. Each type has a different characteristics and a wide range of application. The following table demonstrates the differences among them. These combined effects effectively reduce particle size, break down agglomerates, and create highly uniform dispersion or emulsification.
TRILOS uses special design on the microchannels within the interaction chamber to adapt particle size and ultra-high pressure. Therefore, it does not block when large particles pass under high pressure.

TRILOS Nano Homogenizer series use a digital touchscreen. There is a pressure-time graph showing real-time parameter on the homepage. Pressure is controlled by a rotary. The history data is saved and can be viewed by the users.
TRILOS IoT platform pioneers in the high pressure homogenizer industry. The IoT platform is a key medium to automation, where enables the connection between homogenizer and tablet via the internet. TRILOS IoT platform allows users to remotely control and view the history data of the Nano Homogenizer series.
Versatile: A Wide Range of Application
TRILOS Nano Homogenizer Series achieves nano-dispersion, nano-emulsion, deagglomeration, cell disruption, efficiently improving uniformity and stability of the material and narrowing particle size distribution.
Cooling: Circulating Water Bath
TRILOS circulating water bath can transport the low-temperature cooled water into the Nano Homogenizer to take away the heat generated by the operation of intensifier pump. The high-temperature hot water is then transported to the water bath for cooling. This cyclic cooling exchange achieves temperature control of the pump.
Cleaning: CIP/SIP
TRILOS Nano Homogenizer supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place). The port for CIP or SIP is external. During cleaning and sterilization, there must be no dead corners inside the pipeline.
Resistance: Acid & Alkali/High Temperature
TRILOS Nano Homogenizer series are resistant to acid and alkali solution (less than 3%). They are temporarily resistant to strong acid and alkali and high temperature (lower than 600℃).
Portable: Movable Design
TRILOS uses a vertical and portable design on the Nano Homogenizers series due to their heavy weight. They are installed with leveling casters for transport convenience.
