Introduction
TRILOS PM300V is a benchtop model paste mixer. The PM300V has two versions: single-cup and double-cup. They are designed for laboratory R&D and lab-scale production. They are suitable for colleges, universities, academies and R&D centers to develop and verify formulation as well as finishing high value-added samples. The vacuum pump is external and optional. Due to the double planetary structure, the single-cup version requires a balance weight.

Planetary motion for thorough, dead-zone-free mixing
TRILOS Paste Mixer is equipped with a double planetary mixing system. The mixing process eliminates dead zones and prevents local inhomogeneity. It is especially suitable for high-viscosity and thixotropic materials.
Vacuum-assisted defoaming with high efficiency and low residual air content
The system operates in a sealed chamber under vacuum. During mixing, sub-micron bubbles rapidly expand, rupture, and are removed from the material. The evacuation significantly reduces residual air content in the final product. Additionally, it also minimizes defects such as voids, pinholes, and structural weaknesses, resulting in an improvement of mechanical, electrical, and surface performance.
Balanced High Shear and Gentle Processing
By optimizing planetary motion paths and speed combinations, TRILOS Paste Mixer delivers high mixing efficiency while avoiding excessive shear that could damage sensitive materials such as filled systems and powder–liquid mixtures. Our Paste Mixer maintains the original performance of formulated materials as well as preserving the molecular structure.
Wide Viscosity Processing Range
TRILOS Paste Mixer is capable of handling materials from medium viscosity to ultra-high viscosity, including paste-like, gel-like, and high-solid-content systems.
Precisely controllable parameters and stable process repeatability
Key parameters such as mixing speed, processing time, and vacuum level can be precisely controlled and stored for repeatable operation, ensuring high batch-to-batch consistency and reducing operator-dependent variability. It is suitable for scale-up and quality-controlled production.
Mixing and defoaming completed simultaneously in a single machine
Mixing and defoaming are completed in a single vessel and a single process, eliminating intermediate transfers and redundant handling steps. It turns out to shorter process flow, lower risk of contamination and higher overall production efficiency.
