Introduction
Automated Homogenization System is a series of equipment for automatic operation of homogenization process. It mainly consists of a mixing tank, a storage tank, a TRILOS Ultra-high Pressure Nano Homogenizer, a control center, as well as various pumps and pipes. According to the homogenization requirements of materials, operators can set the process parameters including the number of homogenization times, pressure per time, shearing time, shearing speed, and parameters for the circulation cycle. First and foremost, operator feeds the material into the mixing tank and start the equipment. Then, the shearing and dispersing equipment of the mixing tank will pre-disperse the material. As the dispersion completes, the system will automatically start the homogenizer and execute homogenization according to the pre-set parameters. The electronic weighing system of the mixing tank will determine whether there is any residue in the tank. Last but not least, when there is no residue, the system will automatically switch the flow direction, from the storage tank to the homogenizer, then to the mixing tank, initiating the second homogenization. The cyclic homogenization stops until the technical process accomplishes, achieving ideal homogenization result of materials.
